Now we all know that GW screwed up with shipping 6th Edition products, so I'm not going to get into that topic. What I want to complain about is FedEx. Take a look at the map above. The distance according to Google Maps is 20.0 - 24.7 miles depending on which route you take. Now check the progress of my package that FEDEX shows when I use my tracking number. I also want to point out the time and date of the last two entries (highlighted in yellow.)

Jul 2, 2012 10:37 AM Shipment information sent to FedEx

My book departed on July 4th from Hagerstown, MD at 0245 meaning it was in transit on a Federal Holiday. It then arrived at Martinsburg, WV at 2208 on July 5th. Like I stated before Google Maps states this distance is 20.0 - 24.7 miles away. This means that it took over 24hrs to get to its location, 1 day, 19 hours, 23 minutes to be exact. Now you can say that there was a delay due to 4th of July, but I argue that response with the fact that FedEx states that the rulebook departed on the 4th. I'm trying to wait patiently for my rulebook, I know that FedEx SmartPost will take 2-8 days to ship. The issue I have is why did it take 43 hours (rounded down) to only move 20.0 miles. I'm just a man who wants his rulebook and learn of all the fun things in 6th Edition and how it changed my WWP DE list. I also want to start making lists based on 6th Edition rules and maybe even get some games in at my local store. Lucky me my computer is next to the window, so I'm going to continue staring out of it waiting for the USPS.

That's my cat Hiro!
